Connecting Telegram takes about a minute. We create a private bot for you, and that bot is where you talk to your agent.

Before you start

  • Install Telegram on your phone or computer and sign in.
  • Create an agent first, or connect now and choose the agent later.

Steps

  1. In Able°, open Chat apps and choose Connect Telegram.
  2. Choose the agent you want to talk to, then pick Create a bot for me and press Continue.
  3. Press Open Telegram. In Telegram, tap Start, then Create bot, and pick a name.
  4. Go back to Able°. The page shows Connected by itself within a few seconds.
  5. Send your new bot a message in Telegram, then press Send test message to check your agent replies.

Already have a bot?

Choose I already have a bot and paste the token from @BotFather. The bot mustn't be connected anywhere else, because Telegram only delivers its messages to one place.
