Teach your agent new skills.
A skill is a playbook your agent follows for one kind of work, like your Monday plan, a proposal or a one-to-one. Every plan comes with the essentials and a template for your role. Need something for your industry or your own way of working? Add it for a small monthly fee.
How skills work.
Pick a skill.
Browse the library in your dashboard and add it to your agent.
Answer a few questions.
Each skill asks what it needs: the time you want your plan, your proposal template, how formal you like client emails.
Your agent starts using it.
The skill is installed on your private server. From then on, just ask in your chat, or let it arrive on schedule.
Nothing changes without you.
We test every update before it’s offered, and you choose when to install it. You can roll back or remove a skill any time.
And it learns its own. Show your agent how you like something done and say “do it like this every time”. It saves that as a skill of its own and reuses it.
What skills can and can’t do.
Skills work with what you tell your agent, what you paste into the chat and what it remembers about you. They draft, plan, sum up and remind. You stay the one who sends, signs and decides.
Skills can’t read your email, see your calendar or search the web yet. We’ll add those as connectors when they’re ready, not before.
Included with every plan.
Everyday skills, plus the template and skills for your role. No extra cost.
Everyday skills
The basics most people start with, whatever their job.
- What it does
- Every workday at a time you pick, it sends your top three priorities and anything you asked it to chase.
- What it enables
- You start the day knowing what matters, instead of rebuilding your to-do list from memory.
- How it works
- It builds the plan from what you told it during the week, your open follow-ups and your routines. Reply “move the supplier call to Thursday” and tomorrow’s plan follows.
Try saying“Send my plan at 7:30, weekdays only.”
- What it does
- On Friday afternoon it lists what got done, what slipped and what’s carrying over.
- What it enables
- Monday starts where Friday ended, and you get a ready-made summary for your manager, team or partner.
- How it works
- It draws on your week of chats, then asks one or two questions to fill the gaps before writing the recap.
Try saying“Every Friday at 4, recap my week in five bullets.”
- What it does
- Paste in meeting notes or a voice-note transcript, and you get a short summary, the actions with owners, and a draft follow-up message.
- What it enables
- Meetings end with something useful written down, without half an hour of tidying up.
- How it works
- It sums up in the format you prefer, flags anything unclear rather than guessing, and offers to remind you about your own actions.
Try saying“Here are my notes from the Fenwick call. Actions and a follow-up, please.”
- What it does
- Tell it what you’re waiting on or owe someone, and it nudges you at the right time with a draft chaser ready.
- What it enables
- You stop keeping follow-ups in your head, and fewer things go quiet.
- How it works
- It saves each follow-up with a date. When one comes due, it reminds you in your chat with a polite draft you can copy and send.
Try saying“Remind me Tuesday if Anna hasn’t sent the signed contract.”
- What it does
- It learns your tone from a few messages you’ve written, then drafts emails, updates and replies in that style.
- What it enables
- Less rewriting. Drafts you can send after a quick read.
- How it works
- Paste in three to five examples of your writing. It picks up your length, greeting, sign-off and the words you never use, and it gets closer each time you correct it.
Try saying“Reply to this the way I usually write to clients.”
- What it does
- It works through a decision or a problem with you, asking questions, laying out options and pointing out what you might be missing.
- What it enables
- Clearer decisions, without waiting for a meeting or someone’s time.
- How it works
- It starts by asking what you’re trying to decide and what matters most, then helps you weigh the options. The call stays yours.
Try saying“Help me think through whether to hire now or in March.”
Templates by role
Included with every plan. Templates set up your agent for your job in one go: its instructions plus the skills that fit. You can add or remove skills afterwards. They match the four roles on our get-started page.
Monday priorities, quotes and chasers, handled.
For people who run the business and do the work.
Includes
- Morning plan
- Friday recap
- Follow-up keeper
- Quotes and proposals
- Payment chaser
- Weekly numbers
Skills for business owners
- What it does
- Tell it the job, the client and a rough price, and it drafts the quote or proposal in your template and tone.
- What it enables
- Quotes go out the same day instead of sitting on your list.
- How it works
- Paste your usual template once during setup. It remembers your services, standard terms and how you describe your work. You check the price and scope before anything goes out.
Stays with you:The price, and what you commit to.
- What it does
- Keeps a list of who owes you what, and drafts friendly, then firmer, reminders on the dates you choose.
- What it enables
- You get paid sooner, without having to remember to chase.
- How it works
- Tell it about an invoice when you send it. If you haven’t told it the invoice is paid by the due date, it reminds you with a draft. You send it yourself.
- What it does
- Paste in this week’s figures, like sales, bookings or costs, and it writes a short commentary: what moved, what’s unusual and what to look at.
- What it enables
- You see the story behind your numbers in two minutes, and you have an update ready for partners or the team.
- How it works
- It remembers last week’s figures and your targets, so each week it compares like for like. It flags anything it isn’t sure about rather than guessing.
More time selling, less time writing it up.
For anyone who owns a pipeline.
Includes
- Morning plan
- Notes to actions
- Follow-up keeper
- Call prep
- After-call follow-up
- Pipeline review
Skills for sales
- What it does
- Before a call, it pulls together what it knows about the prospect: past conversations, open questions and your last promise, plus the questions worth asking.
- What it enables
- No scrambling through old notes five minutes before the call.
- How it works
- It works from what you’ve told it about each account over time. Ask for a brief, or have one sent an hour before calls you’ve told it about.
- What it does
- Give it a few lines about the call, and it drafts the follow-up email, the next steps and a reminder for your side.
- What it enables
- Follow-ups go out the same day, and deals don’t stall waiting on you.
- How it works
- It writes in your style and saves the next step against the account, so it can remind you and prep the next call.
- What it does
- Each week it walks through your open deals with you: what moved, what’s stuck and which deal needs attention first.
- What it enables
- A pipeline you actually trust, and a forecast you can explain.
- How it works
- It keeps a running list of deals from what you tell it. It asks short questions about each one and gives you a summary you can share.
Stays with you:Price and forecast calls.
Ready for every one-to-one and update.
For team leads and managers.
Includes
- Morning plan
- Friday recap
- Notes to actions
- One-to-one prep
- Status update
- Delegation brief
- Hard conversation prep
Skills for team managers
- What it does
- Before each one-to-one, it gathers what you noted about that person since last time: wins, worries and open actions, plus questions worth asking.
- What it enables
- Conversations that pick up where the last one left off, and people who feel listened to.
- How it works
- Drop it a line whenever something comes up (“Sam handled the client escalation well”). It keeps the notes per person and sends your prep before the meeting.
- What it does
- It turns your notes from the week into a clear status update for your manager or stakeholders.
- What it enables
- A clear update without starting from a blank page, in the format your organisation expects.
- How it works
- Give it your usual format once. Each week it drafts from what you’ve told it and asks about anything missing.
- What it does
- Turns “can you sort the supplier review” into a clear brief: the goal, what done looks like, the deadline and who to ask.
- What it enables
- Fewer back-and-forths, and work that comes back the way you pictured it.
- How it works
- Tell it the task and who it’s for. It asks what it needs to know and writes a brief you can send as it is.
- What it does
- Helps you prepare for difficult conversations about performance, pushback or bad news: what to say first, likely reactions and how to respond.
- What it enables
- You go in calm and clear, and you don’t leave out the thing that mattered.
- How it works
- It asks about the situation and what outcome you want, then helps you plan and rehearse. It won’t make HR or legal decisions for you.
Stays with you:Anything with HR or legal consequences.
Adverts, outreach and updates, drafted.
For agency and in-house recruiters.
Includes
- Morning plan
- Follow-up keeper
- Job advert and spec
- Candidate outreach
- Client and candidate updates
- Interview guide
Skills for recruiters
- What it does
- Turns a briefing call or rough notes into a role spec and a job advert in your house style.
- What it enables
- Roles go live faster, and adverts are clear and fair.
- How it works
- Paste in the notes. It drafts both, points out vague requirements and wording that could put good people off, and remembers each client’s preferences.
- What it does
- Drafts personal first messages and follow-ups for candidates, based on the role and what you tell it about the person.
- What it enables
- More outreach in less time, without it reading like a template.
- How it works
- Give it the role and a line or two about the candidate. It writes in your voice. You send it from your own tools.
- What it does
- Drafts the regular updates that keep searches moving: shortlist summaries for clients and status updates for candidates.
- What it enables
- Fewer “any news?” messages, and clients who see the progress.
- How it works
- It keeps track of each search from what you tell it, and reminds you when someone hasn’t heard from you in a while.
- What it does
- Builds an interview guide for a role: questions linked to the spec, what a good answer sounds like and a simple scoring sheet.
- What it enables
- Fairer, more consistent interviews you can compare afterwards.
- How it works
- It works from the role spec. You can ask it for a version for the hiring manager too.
Stays with you:Who gets hired.

Skills that know how your kind of business works.

- How it works
