What are AI credits?
Your agent uses an AI model to read and reply, and each reply uses a little credit, depending on the model and how much it reads and writes. Credits are a prepaid balance, separate from your plan. You top up in your dashboard, and credits don’t expire while your account is open.
What happens if my credits run out?
Your agents pause and reply to new messages with a short note until you top up. Top up and they carry on.
How do I keep spending under control?
Set a daily spending cap and your own low-credit alerts in your dashboard. We also show a top-up prompt when your balance drops below $2, and apply our own daily limit of $50 so a runaway day can’t drain your balance.
Does my plan renew by itself?
No. You pay up front for the term you choose and nothing renews by itself. We remind you before it ends, and renewing early adds the new term after your current end date.
Can I move to a bigger plan later?
Yes, at any time. You pay the new price only for the days left in your term, and your end date stays the same.
